Iscaguard PEHG is a blend of phenoxyethanol with ethylhexylglycerin. Although primarily a skin conditioning agent, ethylhexylglycerin increases the cosmetic preservative efficacy of phenoxyethanol, thus creating milder formulations by reducing the overall required preservative dosage.
