Designed to be conducted on each production batch, this package provides essential testing to verify that your product remains consistent and within specification before market release and as part of ongoing quality control throughout the product lifecycle. 

Package Includes:

pH Analysis: Evaluates the acidity or alkalinity of your cosmetic product to help ensure it remains within the appropriate specification for product performance, stability, and consumer use.

Viscosity Testing: Measures the product’s thickness and flow properties to confirm consistency and ensure it meets the required product specification.

Total Viable Count (TVC): Assesses the overall level of viable microorganisms present in the product, helping to verify microbiological quality and identify potential contamination.

Quality Control Report: A clear, professional report presenting your test results against the agreed product specifications, providing documented evidence of your product’s quality and consistency.

Quantity to send

We will need a minimum of 250 ml of your sample for Viscosity or pH testing.

Where to send

Please send 250 g of each sample to our laboratory address,

Packaging

Samples should be sent in their final retail packaging where possible.

Sample labelling

Please label your samples clearly (including unique ID numbers) and ensure that you keep a record yourself of what samples you have sent us to avoid any confusion. What you label your sample is what will be recorded on your final report.
