Georgia Morgan is our Cosmetic Microbiology Project Coordinator here at ISCA Cosmetic Testing. She studied Biology (BSc) at Swansea University and is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Biology (AMRSB). In her spare time Georgia loves to travel and has recently returned from Australia where she was able to enjoy her passion for swimming in the Great Barrier Reef.
Dr Marina Raynbird is our R&D Product Head here at ISCA. She studied MChem with a Year in Industry at Cardiff University and CatSci Ltd. She is also a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry studying at Cardiff University and Neem Biotech Ltd. Her Thesis was Synthesis of sulfur-containing derivatives based on garlic metabolites and their biological activities. For fun, Marina loves horse riding and owns four horses that keep her very busy outside of the lab! Her newest addition was bred by her and born in May 2022.
Leannah Rayment is a Cosmetic Microbiologist here at ISCA. She studied Biological Sciences (BSc) and Cancer Biology and Therapeutics (MSc) at Cardiff University. Leannah enjoys running and has recently ran the Cardiff Half Marathon.
Gemma Jones is our Head of Cosmetic Microbiology. She studied Forensic Science (BSc) at the University of South Wales and is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Gemma regularly attends commercial, heels and street dances classes and was once a member of the dance group Nuworx at Rubicon Dance in Cardiff.
Codie James is our R&D Laboratory Assistant. She has recently enrolled to study Chemistry at the Open University part time alongside working within the lab. Codie spends most of her free time in the outdoors, camping and hiking the mountainous regions of Wales.
